The region of South Sydney is an exciting and diverse part of Sydney. My basic approach as bishop of the South Sydney region for the Anglican ministries and communities follows three basic principles:

1. Diversity
To respect and welcome the diversity of the Anglican churches and ministries of the region in the one Lord Jesus Christ.

2. Partnership
To work in partnership with the pastors and communities as they share Christ, strengthen faith and build disciples.

3. Faithful gospel effectiveness
To give oversight to the pastors and communities so that they are both holding fast to the word of life and being effective in their mission for Christ.
