A full time position is available for a Technical Support Officer for New College and New College Postgraduate Village. This role involves general day to day the maintenance, configuration and reporting using the college’s IT, AV and business systems, and the training of other staff in their use. There will, from time to time be a need to work at reception and work at events using the AV systems. The Technical Support Officer will be expected to liaise closely with a number of technology suppliers on behalf of New College Staff as needs arise. The applicant will require experience IT and AV support as well as a commitment to the goals and purposes of both colleges as an Anglican residential institution offering accommodation to university students at UNSW.
