About the Role
We are seeking a Secondary Teacher to join our PDHPE faculty on a temporary basis, covering a period of parental leave across mid to late 2026. The role will commence around mid-2026, with flexibility in start date to support handover and candidate availability.
This role includes teaching PDHPE and Community and Family Studies, with a teaching load of approximately 0.5 to 0.7 FTE, depending on candidate availability and subject mix.
There may also be the opportunity to contribute to the Duke of Edinburgh Award program; however, this component can be adjusted or reassigned, providing flexibility in the overall FTE.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a passionate and committed Christian educator who aligns with our mission and values. You will:
- Hold relevant tertiary teaching qualifications
- Be accredited with NESA
- Hold a current Working with Children Check
- Demonstrate strong pedagogical knowledge and classroom practice
- Exhibit excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Be an active participant in a local church and committed to Christian education
Experience in PDHPE and/or Community and Family Studies is highly desirable.

Salary is determined in line with the Christian Schools NSW (Teaching Staff) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2023, with a salary reflective of your qualifications and experience.
