- Morning Congregation with Diversity of Cultures and Ages
St Paul’s Anglican, Carlingford and North Rocks is a diverse, multi-site, evangelical church that seeks to reflect the vibrancy and growth of its multi-cultural locality.
With nearly 1000 people attending each week, we currently have 7 congregations in English, Mandarin and Farsi. There are also a number of different ministries seeking to engage the community throughout the week. In 2019, we are looking forward to moving into an expanded and renovated building.
The Associate Minister will initially be responsible for working with our leadership team to oversee our morning congregation of around 200 adults. As an integral member of our leadership team you will be reformed, evangelical and complementarian with proven gifts in teaching, discipleship and building teams.
It is highly desirable that your experience is marked by good inter-personal skills and the ability to contribute strategically to the growth of the congregation.
Ideally ordained with experience as an Associate Minister or similar, having served in a medium to large church, familiar with and able to minister across a mix of cultures and age groups.
