St Philip's is seeking expressions of interest from persons interested in administrative support to the Ministry team and Church generally.
This is a part-time maternity relief position of 18-24 hours per week commencing in June/July 2018 and extending for approximately ten to twelve months.
Key Accountabilities include: providing administrative support to the senior minister, staff team and volunteers; execute efficient co-ordination and communication for all activities within the church; prepare presentations for services and as required co-ordinate church publicity and produce a weekly bulletin and service sheets; liaise with tradespersons as required, update the Church website and social media forums and develop an effective social media presence; manage the church data base and calendar; manage rosters, maintain the Working With Children Check and Safe Ministry register, develop and maintain electronic and paper filing systems; facilitate special events and services such as weddings, etc, complete administrative duties including word processing, incoming and outgoing correspondence; carry out general enquiries as directed by the Senior Minister.
