Arise Anglican Church is a recognised church in the Diocese of Sydney meeting in Castle Hill (A short 10mins walk from Castle Hill Metro).
We are seeking a male Assistant Minister to assist the Minister, especially in training and oversight of the youth and/or children's ministry.
The specifics of the role and term can be negotiated to suit the applicant skills, training and preferences.
The applicant can be from any background but should be a male of Christian Character with demonstrated commitment to Christian values and ministry. The person is ideally studying for, or has completed a degree at a Bible college. The position is available to start at a time suitable to the applicant. Remuneration and conditions are in line with Sydney Diocesan guidelines according to training and experience.
We are a one service contemporary family church of 200 adults and high school students with a skew to under-40 second generation Asian migrants, with a youth group and Sunday school. We are keen to increase our effectiveness in reaching to our friends and the local community with the gospel, and ready to receive some help!
