The Malvern Presbyterian Church is seeking a suitably qualified minister to lead and grow the congregation through generational change to follow Jesus. The desired candidate will be experienced in evangelism and capable of rebuilding the church. Responsibilities will include preaching, teaching, leadership, pastoral care and empowering others in evangelism.
The applicant will be an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church of Australia, able to fulfill Presbyterian Church of Victoria (PCV) Safe Church requirements.
Expressions of interest will be brought to the selection committee in July, with interviews following promptly during August and September. God willing, a potential minister would preach for a call in October, with a view to start ministry in January 2022.
Remuneration includes standard terms of settlement of full stipend, non-cash benefits, superannuation, manse or manse allowance, manse utilities and moving costs as determined by the Maintenance of Ministry Committee of the PCV.
