Arndell Anglican College, situated near Windsor, provides high quality Christian education catering to a growing population of over 1300 students from Prep to Year 12.  Due to an internal promotion an exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Executive Assistant to be appointed at the College.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative and organisational support to the Director of Business Services and the Director of Professional Learning.   Assisting in all areas of the Executives portfolios the key responsibilities are varied and include:

  • Diary management, organisation of venues, catering, and travel.
  • Preparation of documents and materials, distribution of correspondence.
  • Preparation of payroll documentation and the processing of casual timesheets.
  • Assisting in the coordination and execution of professional learning days.
  • Processing professional development applications – booking courses, completing registrations, notifying staff outs, and maintaining the training database.

The role of Executive Assistant at Arndell Anglican College is a key role in ensuring the Business Services and Professional Learning functions are effective and responsive.  The Executive Assistant plays a key conduit role between multiple parties and as such the successful candidate will be able to engage with students, parents, staff, third parties and work collaboratively within the administration team.
