We are looking to invite a full-time (part-time applications accepted) youth and children’s minister to join our staff team, starting January 2026.
We meet across two congregations in the beating heart of multi-cultural Sydney (parish of Auburn, Silverwater, Newington and Wentworth Point). We are passionate about cross-cultural evangelism; and we rejoice to be a taste of heaven in our multi-cultural Sunday gatherings.
We are planting a third congregation in Wentworth Point, opening in October 2026. This will take our ministry to complex multi-site - three services, each across a different location; each with a ministry to children and youth.
The successful applicant will treasure children and young people as equally precious disciples of Christ. They will need to lead through leaders and lead through teams. They will help to reach out in mission through SRE, kids’ clubs, and other ideas. A willingness to work with our pastoral leadership team (Hugh Jonas, Ben George, Tim Cocks) will be essential.
