In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the operational and relational aspects of ADM’s grants and funding program, and oversee the delivery of ADM’s key initiatives focused on compassion and mental wellbeing. • Contribute to strategic planning, governance, and impact reporting.

What You Bring:

  • A vibrant Christian faith and alignment with ADM’s Statement of Faith, mission and values.
  • Experience in program or grant management, ideally in a not-for-profit or ministry context.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
