Christian Education National is seeking applications from qualified individuals for the position of Marketing and Communication Manager.
This is a part-time position (0.6 FTE, negotiable)
Our office is located in Springwood NSW, however the location for this role is negotiable.


Position Overview:

Christian Education National (CEN) serves around 70 member Christian schools across Australia with resources and support. The Marketing and Communication Manager will be a key part of the vibrant team at Christian Education National, overseeing all areas of marketing and communications. This role is reliant on the person being creative and proactive across all areas of CEN’s business, and excited and supportive of the vision and mission of the organisation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a multi-platform strategic marketing and communications (both internal and external) plan that communicates the vision and mission of the organisation in line with corporate and brand direction.
  • Coordinating, improving, and enhancing all CEN websites and other related digital platforms.
  • Take initiative in developing promotional and marketing materials for the organization.

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant qualifications and / or experience in marketing and communications.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools. Experience with graphic design is desired.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to manage numerous projects at once.
  • A capacity to expand and enhance the existing offerings in relation to marketing and communications.
  • A clear understanding of the vision and mission of CEN and a strong articulation of the distinctive nature of Christian schooling.
  • Active participation in a local church, and an actively demonstrated personal Christian faith evident in all aspects of life.
  • It is a requirement that the successful candidate will hold a satisfactory Working with Children Check.
