Coming Home: Good News for Muslims is a new video outreach ministry seeking a digital media coordinator for the next stage.

Job Description

• Managing and co-ordinating content production and social media for Coming Home Media.
• Paid role, one day per week, probably split into blocks over the week, with option to expand to 1.5 or 2 days if the work increases.
• Would suit a uni student or professional with extra capacity, or former professional returning to the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve project management system for scripts, videos, socials
• Oversee process of scripting, filming, posting using the PM system
• Coordinate advertising campaigns using the Meta Business Suite
• Support grant applications by contributing to the Case for Support
• Assist in co-ordinating branding across online presence
• Assist with communications for invoicing (all accounting performed by ENC office)
• Post videos, including shorts/clips and longform, organic content, and adding thumbnails, tags etc
• Assist in monitoring social media interaction

Qualifications

• Kingdom-hearted attitude!
• No particular professional qualifications required

Skills

• Some experience in project management
• Ability to maintain and improve process for management of content production
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the whole team, especially the director
• Ability to implement digital strategy
• Familiarity with social media a plus, including Youtube, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite
• Some familiarity with budgeting would be helpful
