Ministry Training and Development (MT&D) seeks to “recruit, select, train and develop Anglican ministers for the Diocese of Sydney”.  It has a small staff team consisting of the Director, Assistant Director and Team Administrator along with a large team of volunteer ministers and church leaders who assist us in our work.

This primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Director and Assistant Director in recruiting and selecting Anglican ministers.

It is desirable that the applicant has five years’ experience in an administrative role in a commercial or church office environment.  Attention to detail, accuracy and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.  Referees will need to be provided.  

An understanding of the Anglican Diocese of Sydney would be a significant advantage and familiarity with using a CRM database.  

The primary duties of the position include –
•    Administering candidate interview processes 
•    Diary management
•    File management
•    Managing Correspondence

This is a part-time position for 2 days a week (flexible hours by arrangement).
