Our Parish is seeking a person to serve full-time in the role of Assistant Minister.

The position will involve:

• Enabling members of our church to be equipped in their ministry and service and developing whatever structures or systems will best enable the whole body to grow to maturity in Christ.
• General ministry leadership and pastoral duties, arranged in agreement with the Senior Minister, both to serve the church and to grow in experience and skill.
• Investing in the vision and mission of Lanyon Valley Anglican Church, as expressed in its congregations, groups and partnership with Anglicare at Gordon Community Centre.
• Openness to engage beyond our local church, whether that is in the Diocesan network or some other Christian network working across Canberra.
