The Role

The Senior Advisor People & Culture provides trusted, expert advice on people management practices that build and sustain an engaged, high-performing workforce.

You will work in strategic partnership with senior leadership, management, and key stakeholders across our network of schools and Group Office to engender a thriving workforce grounded in Christian values.

Your practical, solutions-focused support will ensure you are a trusted partner in complex people matters, across the full employee lifecycle. The role requires an authentic people-person who can pair HR solutions with stakeholder needs, and with respect to employment obligations.

About You

You have extensive HR experience and relevant tertiary qualifications. Your practical expertise is demonstrated through tangible results and a genuine commitment to helping people grow.

Collaboration is part of your professional approach, enabling you to deliver impactful outcomes with diverse teams. You empathise, advise, and lead effectively, ensuring strategic objectives are achieved through strong partnerships.

You possess strong knowledge of employment legislation and uphold confidentiality and professionalism. People rely on your guidance for sensitive matters, appreciating your sound judgement, integrity and discretion.

You have a heart for ASC's Christian values and mission, making a positive impact that fosters belonging and serves others.

You hold a current and valid NSW Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one) and have full Australian working rights - ready to join and make a difference.
