City on a Hill Wollongong
Location: Wollongong, NSW

About us

City on a Hill began with a small team and a big vision to make a difference in our world for the glory of God. Since our inception in Melbourne in 2007, we have witnessed a special work of God's grace as he has united hundreds of men and women around the mission of 'knowing Jesus and making Jesus known'. We are now a movement of nine churches, across five cities, united together by a vision to reach 10 cities with the beauty, truth, and relevance of Jesus by planting 50 churches.

City on a Hill Wollongong was planted in 2022 as the eighth City on a Hill church, and the first church plant in New South Wales. Since then, we have seen many evidences of God’s grace in Wollongong, with new believers putting their faith in Jesus, and countless more being strengthened and equipped for a life of mission.
