St Paul’s Castle Hill is currently seeking a part-time (3-4 days per week, including half day Sundays) Pastoral Care Co-ordinator. Reporting to the Pastoral Care and Integration Minister, you will assist with the organisation and planning of our pastoral care work, helping to ensure that our members are cared for with compassion and gospel-shaped love.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the recruitment, training and rostering of all pastoral care teams including Heart Teams, meals ministry, sports chaplaincy, Help at Home, and general volunteer pastoral carers.
- Provide support for Sunday services, including rostering, running training events, assisting with newcomers events. Partnering with Integration teams to look after church members who require assistance or extra care on Sundays.
- Administrative support, managing pastoral care processes on our church database in collaboration with our administration team.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold a current WWCC (employed).
- Complete the Diocesan Safe Ministry Course (online, refreshed every 3 years).
- Hold a Diocesan license to perform required duties.
