The Opportunity
Stonebraker Lawyers is a boutique Christian law firm based in Windsor, NSW. We seek a mature Christian leader to undertake a dual executive role combining operational management of the practice with pastoral care of staff, particularly for female staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workflow and file management
- Coordinate staff tasks and priorities
- Oversee invoicing, retainers, and debt follow-up
- Maintain administrative systems
- Work closely with the Principal on operations
- Provide pastoral care and spiritual support
- Assist with and occasionally lead Morning Prayer/Bible study
- Strengthen a distinctly Christian workplace culture
Candidate Profile
- Mature, practising Christian of historic, orthodox conviction
- Affirms the Nicene and Apostles’ Creeds
- Supports confessional basis of the law firm being the Anglican Thirty-Nine Articles and Jerusalem Declaration (2008).
- Active member of a faithful Christian congregation
- Strong administrative or practice management experience
- Highly organised, proactive, and discreet
- University degree (theological training highly regarded)
