Job Type: Full time
Closing Date: 30th April 2024

We seek a faithful, gifted, and experienced individual to join our supportive staff team as a full-time Children’s and Youth minister.

Are you ready to seize this unique opportunity not just to fill a role but to truly make a profound difference in the lives of children and youth? Your passion, gifts, experience, and training may be what we need to help us grow our ministry and guide these young souls towards a deeper understanding of faith in Jesus.

The Anglican Parish of Bondi and Waverley operates in and around the iconic Bondi Beach, Bondi, North Bondi, Bondi Junction and Waverley. We have three physical sites and four Congregations.  We have a growing number of families with children attending Sunday congregations and mid-week ministry programmes. However, we currently do not have any full-time ministry staff team members devoted to Children’s and Youth ministry.

This role is about more than just helping us grow the effectiveness and reach of our ministry. It's about your personal and professional growth as you will be instrumental in guiding children, youth, and their families towards a deeper understanding of their faith. We are looking for a faithful and gifted individual with theological training and experience ready to take on this exciting challenge. You can see the role description here.

You will need to comply with all Safe Ministry Check and WWCC requirements.

The stipend, allowances and related benefits for this position will be in accordance with the Sydney Anglican Diocesan guidelines. A Housing allowance or ministry residence is included.
