Anglicare (NSW South, NSW West & ACT) operates a number of Retirement Villages across the ACT and NSW.
As part of a strategic focus to expand the portfolio a senior management opportunity has arisen to lead the operations, business and financial administration of our ACT Retirement Villages.
You will be a highly motivated individual who will provide strong leadership consistent with the Anglican identity and mission of the organisation.
You must be an enthusiastic and flexible leader who is passionate about working with seniors. The role includes oversight of the pastoral care and Christian chaplaincy services to residents.

Your tertiary degree in marketing, business, management, hospitality (or other relevant field) will assist you to develop and expand the ACT portfolio.
Your salary will range from $100,000 - $110,000 per annum, inclusive of a 9.5% employer superannuation guarantee, negotiated with the successful applicant and dependent on experience and qualifications.

Applicants will be required to undertake the psychometric profiling instrument – SafeSelectTM.
