There's been an urgent call for members of the Billy Graham Crusade choirs to reunite for a Thanksgiving service on Friday, 9 March.

The service, Sydney gives thanks for the life and ministry of Billy Graham will be held at St Andrew's Cathedral.

Led by the Archbishop of Sydney, Dr Glenn Davies, the service will include an address by 1959 convert Dr Peter Jensen.

One of the highlights is expected to be the singing of crusade favourites including Great is thy faithfulness, How great thou art, Blessed assurance and Just as I am.

Any members of the choir for the 1959, 1968 and 1979 crusades are asked to join a special choir for the event.

All are welcome at the service, including those converted at the crusades and those touched by the ministry of Billy Graham in other ways.

The service will commence at 12 noon on Friday 9 March at the Cathedral.
