Gavin remembered
The Bishop of Wollongong Al Stewart paid tribute Dr Wilcox today.
“Gavin Wilcox did a wonderful job at Nowra. The church grew in numbers and unity during his time as rector. He was a very gifted leader,” Bishop Stewart says.
“The way in which Gavin dealt with his illness was a great testimony to his walk with Christ. His death is deeply sad to those close to him yet inspirational at the same time because of his faith. It is a deep loss to his family, friends and the Diocese.”
