The Healthy Relationships Kit is designed to help people think about how to improve their love-life by outlining what factors are linked to good and bad relationships.
As a joint project between the Social Issues Executive (Diocese of Sydney) and Anglican Media Sydney, the hope of the authors is that, "those who are struggling in difficult, distant or broken relationships might find the kind of new life for their relationships that many Christians appear to be discovering".
It contains two new research papers:
1. Christian Spirituality and Relational Wellbeing: new Australian research that shows that marriage and Christian belief are linked to more secure and intimate relationships
2. Home/Work Conflict and Relational Wellbeing: new Australian research that shows that home/work conflict is linked to insecurity, discord and a lack of intimacy in relationships
As well as two new booklets:
Heart 2 Heart " surprising facts on what makes the best relationships: an easy to read booklet that clearly and graphically outlines the main findings of the research
Family " a Christian Approach: a booklet that presents a clear Biblical framework for understanding God's plan for marriage and relationships
It also includes some helpful information on where to find help for those who wish to explore improving their relationships.
The kit is available through Moore Books in Newtown. For details email Moore Books.
