The Opportunity
We're seeking a Maturity Pastor to join our team and champion spiritual growth across our six congregations. In this pivotal role, you'll:
- Lead our maturity ministries, helping people grow deeper in Word and prayer
- Oversee our thriving Growth Group network (over 20 new leaders starting in the last year)
- Serve as a “Focus Leader” for a particular congregation
- Train and develop future ministry leaders through our MTS program (over 100 have graduated from MTS, and counting)
- Join a collaborative team environment with dedicated portfolio areas
A similar role could be developed for one wishing to specialise in being a “Ministry” Pastor.
Our church is experiencing significant momentum with many exploring Christianity, hundreds participating in Growth Groups, dozens of people visiting and joining St Paul’s, as well as ethnic specific ministries. You'll be joining at an exciting time of growth and opportunity.
About You
You're someone who:
- Is captivated by Jesus with a passion for seeing others mature in Him
- Values Reformed Evangelical theology and complementarian ministry
- Has theological qualifications (BTh, MDiv or equivalent)
- Demonstrates initiative in discipleship and ministry development
- Is committed to faithful Bible teaching and prayer
- Has permission to work in Australia
