Youthworks announces new Director of Publishing

Youthworks is pleased to announce that Mrs Valerie Williams will be joining the team as the new Director of Publishing.

Valerie is currently the Head of Christian Studies at Danebank Anglican School and is responsible for the Christian education of the students from Prep to Year 12. She is actively involved in her church, St George North Anglican and has also served as a youth group and Kids Club leader, Bible School teacher and superintendent, service leader, SRE teacher, Bible study leader and has assisted in leading in music ministry and several evangelistic and outreach events.

In 2002, Valerie completed a Bachelor of Theology at Sydney Missionary & Bible College and her Christian ministry involvements beyond church include serving on the organising committees of the Katoomba Easter Convention and the Women's Katoomba Convention.
Zac Veron, CEO of Youthworks says, "I'm delighted to have Valerie join us at Youthworks in this strategic role which facilitates teaching of the Bible to thousands of young people each year. Many years of experience in her current role and theological qualifications, together with a passion for ministry to young people will make her a great asset to Youthworks."

Youthworks publishing develops youth and children's ministry resources across several imprints, including Youthworks, Christian Education Publications (or CEP), Blue Bottle Books, Aquila Press and Anglican Press Australia. We would like prayer as Valerie finishes up at Danebank and prepares for her new ministry role at Youthworks.
